Working with The Field Jobs

The Field is a job site, built by and for people with disability that actively connects people with disability with jobs from inclusive employers.

The Field has been built with accesibility and inclusivity at its core, with consideration given at every part of the process - from accessible design and platform development, through to the implementation of features. The site encourages employers to focus on what candidates can do, rather than what they can't.

The Field removes barriers for hiring managers by limiting unconscious bias, and supporting the development of inclusive messaging. This helps to build confidence in employers who are concerned about making a mistake, or inadvertently offending.
