What's up dog?

Nala, is referred to in the office by her official title 'Head of Vibe'. We are a TV production company and our staff are spread across two floors. On arrival for her day at work she goes to every desk to say hello and reassure our people that she is here to help. She never misses a desk and we aren't quite sure how she does it. Every day usually around 10.30 she does a crazy zoomy session which lifts everyones spirits immediately. If someone is have a rough time for whatever reason she senses this and jumps up for an extended lap sit - job done. People aren't happy when Nala is on a RDO but a girl has to rest once in a while. We can't imagine the office without her.

2024 OZ Top Office Dog award criteria

Purpose

Four-legged support can be shown in multiple ways and furry forms in the workplace, and this award celebrates a supreme dog that supports their people to do their best work. We are looking for a top office dog with tail wags, affectionate licks, playful walks and that special presence that boosts their owner and co-worker’s mental health while contributing to a positive work culture. They may be a work from home dog, an office dog – or a hybrid pooch!
