What's up dog?

Rio was adopted at the age of 6 years, soon after covid and she has been an absolute delight. Her energy is a massive booster to all around her especially when it feels isolating working from home, and she is of great entertainment always up to something that makes us laugh.
She has boosted our family's mental health and wellbeing by just being her happy self, jumping up and down when we call her name, constant tail wags and playful 'catch-me-if-you-can's". From her level of excitement when we say the word "walk" or "treat" to her reminders to finish work on time (so that we don't forget about her walk) has brought a balance of work and life and the importance of switching off, doing things that you love, but also focusing on one's health and activity - which is often forgotten when sitting in one's home office for long hours when at home.
Rio's is a super dog, she is so very intelligent and is a quick learner though she received very little training before we adopted her. She can perform on demand and can do several tricks like saying 'I love you', handing out the right paws when asked too, high-fiving, jumping up for a treat and getting down. Her biggest superpower is ability to sit with you on a day when you're low and be her goodest self!
