What's up dog?
I lost my cat CHIKO of 14 years - 6 years ago - he was put to sleep on the 7/9/17. It broke my heart more than anything in this world. I wasn't prepared to get another animal and feel that heart break again. 2 years later I finally decided to find a Long Coat German Shepherd to add to our family - I did loads of research and preparation and then picked up my Beautiful boy Tank at 8 weeks old. Tank chose me - I went to visit the puppies and choose a pup when all puppies were playing little Tank walked right over and lay across my feet within 1 minutes of arriving, he made the choice to choose me as his new mum. So the decision was made for me.
About 2 years later I realised dates of when my gorgeous chicko was put to sleep and that my gorgeous boy Tank was born on the exact same date (7/9/19) exactly 2 years later.
I personally believe Tank was sent to me by Chiko exactly 2 years later when he knew I was ready to love another pet.
Tank as a puppy made my life a crazy roller-coaster of tears and laughter. And grown into the most amazing loyal best friend anyone could hope for.
He is stubborn, cheeky, scary smart, adorable, the sweetest boy all in one 40kg ball of cheekiness.
He is part of every single aspect of my life and I wouldn't have it any other way.
