Erin: Great, thank you so much for that one, Jacob, behind the scenes there. We've also got a little discussion now with Cooper. Cooper is one of our Infront Sports consultants, as is Luke here in Melbourne. We've got consultants all over Australia, New Zealand, and the UK working on career transition and sports recruitment for Infront Sports. For those that don't know Infront Sports and its history, we’ve been around since 2010, working on career transition opportunities for athletes and coaches, originally Australia-wide. This year, we've expanded globally and moved into the sports recruitment space.

It’s quite a leap for us from the career transition area to sports recruitment, but not in terms of capability. We have very strong networks from over 14 years working in that space and, of course, the recruitment capability across our network of 130-plus staff across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

So within that, Cooper, could you elaborate please a little bit on some of the services that we offer within Infront Sports?

Cooper: Of course. At Infront Sports, we offer elite athletes and coaches a range of services including work experience placements, career counselling, PXT behavior profiles, CV, cover letter and interview preparation, subsequent job application coaching, and presentation development. We also offer group services such as CV development and interview skills workshops.
