The Role
Based in our Parramatta Office, you will work closely with one of our Senior Recruitment Consultants and support the wider team. You will learn the craft of recruitment consulting through comprehensive training and mentoring, and play a hands-on role in generating quality talent and placing candidates successfully with our clients. Specifically, you will:

  • Connect and engage with our talent community
  • Identify quality talent through advertisements, sourcing strategies and networking activities
  • Screen applications and conduct interviews
  • Coordinate client interviews and complete reference and working right checks
  • As your skillset develops, you will take on client account management and business development to build you own successful recruitment portfolio.

Your Experience
If you are interested in kick starting a career within recruitment, we want to hear from you! To be considered for interview, you will have experience in either the retail, hospitality or sporting industry sectors, where you have provided a high degree of customer service in a fast paced and high-pressure environment. Experience within an administration role will be considered favourable.
