Store Manager (Full-Time)
Monday to Friday schedule(occasional weekends as needed)
Locations: Ardross & Yokine, Perth
Salary: Up to $75K, depending on experience
We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for two Store Manager
positions within the healthcare sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a meaningful role where your leadership and customer service skills will directly impact people’s lives.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Drive sales and achieve store targets
- Oversee daily operations, including stock and roster management
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and team development
- Collaborate with other stores and internal departments
- Proven experience in a leadership role (retail, healthcare, or similar)
- Strong people management and development skills
- A customer-first mindset with a drive to exceed targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
