What's up dog?

Zara is a multitasking home office, home schooling and guardian of the household dog. She's the best. It all started back in lock down dayz when she realised she would never be lonely again! Being only 2, the thought of mum and dad trotting off to work was too much to bear. Luckily (and amazingly someone other than her) ate a bat and the rest is history. 'Separation anxiety' has never been in the vocabulary of our big 5 year old. She continues to pay us back with daily showers of affection and support. When work gets tough, she's by my feet snoring to calm my nerves. When homeworks too hard, she's stealing cookies under the table from the kids. But most importantly, she shares her kennel with us every evening as we all huddle on 'her couch' to watch telly. A belly rub is a must and sometimes she shares the blanky. Zara is everything to this family of 4. She has kept us on track through some pretty tough and boring times.

We believe that no dog should be left behind.

This year, we wanted to give the love back to our communities.

Every year, our campaign is supported and celebrated by a variety of incredible charities across Australia, all of whom mahi tirelessly to make a positive impact for dogs in their respected communities.

This year, the winner of the 2024 People Choice's Award will have the value of their doggy prize pack matched and donated to a charity of their choosing.

In addition, every voter will have the opportunity to donate towards one of the 3 incredbile mental health charities or dog organisations.
