What's up dog?
Eros is my lifeline, working to mitigate my PTSD and autism. He's taken me from being unable to leave the house, to barely having flashbacks at all. As my assistance dog he guided me through my neurophysiology honours year, graduating with me on stage and even doffing the chancellor. He was the first AD at the Queensland Brain Institute, and was an official delegate of the Australasian neuroscience symposium. He enables me to access health care, keeping me calm while in ICU and even laying on my chest during a CT scan. Above all, he is a happy and goofy dog who puts so much joy into the world.
We believe that no dog should be left behind.
