What's up dog?
It has always been our dream to have a little fluffy companion, but Charlie really is so much more than we could have ever dreamed of. In 2021, Charlie's dad was diagnosed with a brain tumour and had to relearn motor functions. 5 months later, we welcomed Charlie to the family.
She brought all the love, laughter and naughtiness all dogs bring, but to us, she brought so much more. Her dads health dramatically increased when she came along and she helped us find true happiness again. He was walking again, and she was so gentle with him every step of the way. With Charlie's cuddles and motivation, it wasn't long before he even started back at work.
She lives with a few other people in our house as well, making her pack a little unconventional, but all of who she spreads so much love and unites us all. She is the quirkiest little pup, filled with equal amounts of compassion and sass. Stomping her feet when she doesn't get her way but always ending the day in cuddles.
Charlie is known at her local walking spots as 'the happiest dog at the park' and that she really is. Her zest for life is infectious to both humans and other pups.
Charlie saved us in so many ways, and we will be forever grateful that she chose us.
We believe that no dog should be left behind.
