What's up dog?

Niko has had the most profound impact on every single one of my family members. He came to us a year before Covid hit, a time when my husband was highly stressed due to his work commitments. Stress that impacted on our family. However, Niko had such an immense impact on my husband and completely changed the dynamic in our household - more laughter! Secondly, when my daughter had a terrible year with depression following our multiple lockdowns in Melbourne, it was only Niko who could bring a smile to her face when no one else could - I attribute him to having a huge impact on saving her life! For my son and I, who both suffer with anxiety, Niko has been a daily comfort - the way he provides love and just knows when we are feeling anxious is amazing. I honestly don't know how we could have gotten through the last 5 years without him!

This year, we wanted to give the love back to our communities.

Every year, our campaign is supported and celebrated by a variety of incredible charities across Australia, all of whom mahi tirelessly to make a positive impact for dogs in their respected communities.

This year, the winner of the 2024 People Choice's Award will have the value of their doggy prize pack matched and donated to a charity of their choosing.

In addition, every voter will have the opportunity to donate towards one of the 3 incredbile mental health charities or dog organisations.
