About the role:
The Audio Visual Technical Support Officer will provide strong technical support & training to various stakeholders including field ASC technicians, contact centre agents and internal teams to enable the companies technical and customer satisfaction objectives to be achieved. Also managing product quality issues in the market by timely analysis and reporting to management/HQ.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hotline calls offer efficient technical support to our service agents, promptly addressing their inquiries and issues for B2C/B2B VD products.
- Maximise performance of field service technicians and Call centre agents through quality training arrangement (online/offline format), new model information, technical support and also producing repair/consultation contents.
- Manage technical issues escalated by Enterprise customers.
- Provide regular technical training for service partners and contact centre (online/offline via site visit biz tip). This responsibility involves a full scope of planning, arranging, executing and settling the result.
- Customer onsite visit or ride along with ASC tech for urgent repair & technical investigation.
- Providing technical review and assistances for other internal SEAU departments.
- Monitor and produce product quality analysis report and escalate.
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in electronics industry, particularly AV products
