Team Assistant

Are you an organised, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? peope2people are currently hiring for a highly motivated Team Assistant to support our client, who are a leading recruitment and advisory firm. This is a diverse role that involves team support, document formatting, and technology projects. Based in Melbourne CBD, and offering hybrid work arrangements after training.
 
About the Role:
  • Assist a team with day-to-day needs including meeting coordination, document formatting and general administration duties.
  • Review and update contracts and documents.
  • Schedule interviews, phone and email communication with candidates, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and improve internal systems, test new apps, and explore automation opportunities.
  • Be involved with new technology implementation projects 
  • Help with office operations, onboarding, travel bookings, event planning, and general office management.
 
About You:
  •  You are comfortable with technology and enjoy learning new systems and tools.
  • You have strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  •  You can confidently communicate with executives and stakeholders.
  • You are adaptable and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities.
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
