Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager of Operations, this diverse role provides business and office support for both the Auckland and Wellington teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage travel arrangements, diary coordination, and meeting schedules across Auckland and Wellington offices.
  • Oversee office operations, including stationery orders, catering, client services, and ensuring meeting rooms are tidy and welcoming.
  • Handle document preparation, including printing, binding, and presentations, while managing client onboarding and file maintenance in Workflowmax.
  • Provide first-level IT support for technical issues and maintain office equipment functionality.
  • Monitor accounts, expenses, and emissions data, ensuring compliance with Toitū certification and ESG reporting standards.

You’re a polished and professional administrator with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with ease. You thrive in a corporate environment, enjoy working with a diverse team, and bring energy and a positive attitude to your work. Experience in officeadministration and an interest investment banking would be a bonus.

  • Proven administrative experience in a professional setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence in managing diaries, travel arrangements, and client services
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
