Great opportunity for a Claims Assessor or detailed Senior Administrator to join this busy, stable and customer centric business. Be part of a successful team of examiners / assessors to ensure accuracy in all workflow and cases for the business Ongoing training and support will be provided and once completed 3 days WFH flexibility can be an option. Great opportunity for someone from Insurance claims assessor background looking to change industries or Senior Administrator within property or legal who are wanting a more specialised career. 
 
The key responsibilities of the role include;
  • Manage incoming request for changes to information through CRM ensuring compliance and accuracy in the case management
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders and customer to ensure all compliance documentation has been received, checked, documented and tracked
  • Examine / Assess all case loads provided to ensure compliance
  • Assist with the examination and processing of General Register Documents to ensure compliance with divisional and legislative requirements
  • Assist in customer and stakeholder management in a highly changing and dynamic environment
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation and presentations to support operations and project activities
  • Carry out statistical reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in the achievement of planned business outcomes by contributing ideas for improving work practices, consistent with the organisation’s goal to achieve a high standard or quality in every process, product and service.
 
 
What you need for the role:
  • Solid background in excellence in customer service, both phone and email , relating to best practice, procedures, products and services.
  • Experience in Maintaining your own Portfolio of work
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Time Management and prioritising skills are essential
  • Agile, with a keen problem solving ability within the manual/electronic workflow space
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn digital platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working within insurance, property or legal would be highly regarded
