Retail Sales Manager

About the role:  

The Customer Experience Manager,  is primarily focussed on ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service aligned with Samsung's commitment to quality. The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of responsibility while leading and inspiring teams to achieve excellence. Your responsibilities include controlling the flow of traffic within the store, demonstrating and advising on new products, processing sales interactions, assisting with product collections and setup, providing troubleshooting and technical advice, decision-making for customer resolutions, coaching and mentoring of your team, and handling other additional duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Prioritise customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional products and services, aligning with Samsung’s commitment to quality and innovation.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of responsibility
  • Drive performance across all areas of the business to achieve outstanding customer experience and exceed customer expectations
  • Lead and inspire teams to achieve excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement between front of house customer service and back of house technical teams
  • Demonstration and advice of new products on display and within the Samsung product family.
  • Processing sales interactions in store using point of sales system or via online portal for direct delivery to customers
  • Assisting with product collections and new device set up for a walk out working experience
About YOU:  
  • 2 years experience within a retail, call centre or complaints team.
