• $32.06 - $44.89 p/h + Super (depending on day of week and overtime)

• Deliver high-quality, personalised service to customers, ensuring a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Provide exceptional customer assistance by addressing product inquiries, offering tailored recommendations, and sharing in-depth product knowledge.
• Actively boost sales performance by achieving or surpassing store targets.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure stock levels are adequately managed.
• Work independently and confidently within the store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Previous experience in face-to-face retail or customer service is essential -  Experience within the bedding and furniture industry is favoured
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously to drive sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
• A team player who is also capable of working independently.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organised store environment.
