The opportunity
Forming part of the HR team, you will have accountability for the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process – with a focus on Australia but with growth, you will assist with a critical international mobilisation project! Your proactive approach coupled with your ability to create and streamline processes to improve efficiency and outcomes will be highly regarded.
Selection criteria
- Proven end to end recruitment / onboarding experience essential
- Experience in the mining, resources or related industry advantageous
- Effective communication / interpersonal skills with stakeholder relationship management
- Adaptable and able to identify / streamline processes
- Exposure to international recruitment and talent pooling advantageous
