The organization
People2people have partnered with a progressive, fast paced and entrepreneurial organisation to source a People & Performance Coordinator to assist with supporting the employee lifecycle both onsite and the various stores in the food industry within QLD.
The opportunity
Reporting directly to the People & Performance Manager, you will be working with and assisting a small but highly efficient HR team with day-to-day employee lifecycle administration. Experience in recruitment, contracts, employee support and stakeholder management experience are required.
Selection criteria
- Tertiary HR or related qualification – completed or current
- Previous HR Admin / Coordination experience supporting the employee lifecycle
- Basic understanding of awards and legislation
- Exposure to payroll would be advantageous
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and communication skills
- Computer literacy – Intermediate MS Office Suite
