About the Role
 
We are seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to support critical administrative, HR and Learning & Development (L&D) functions while contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation.

As the People and Culture Coordinator, you will provide essential support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with our values.
 
This multifaceted role offers exposure to a variety of P&C responsibilities, including:

  • Learning & Development (L&D):
    • Coordinating leadership and professional development programs.
    • Managing training schedules, resources, and materials for seamless delivery.
    • Overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accurate reporting and optimal utilisation.
  • Human Resources Operations:
    • Managing onboarding, offboarding, and other lifecycle processes.
    • Drafting and maintaining employment contracts and policies in compliance with regional regulations.
    • Supporting performance management processes and assisting with workplace resolutions.
    • Monitoring and summarising employment law changes across multiple regions, including Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
  • People & Culture Projects:
    • Collaborating with senior leaders to implement P&C initiatives that align with organisational goals.
    • Researching and recommending best practices in HR and L&D to support strategic decision-making.
    • Providing administrative support for Work Health and Safety (WHS) initiatives and return-to-work programs.
 
Key Qualifications and Attributes

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
  • A degree qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience or exposure to L&D coordination and generalist HR functions.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, LMS, and the MS Office Suite.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with resilience in a fast-paced environment.
