Partnerships Specialist

About the role:  
As a Partnerships Specialist for the DTC (direct to consumer) team, you will be building relationship and engagement strategies with key partners from prospecting stage through to execution. You will own the partnering relationships to deliver incremental revenue stream for the DTC team.

Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Identify and develop incremental revenue streams through direct partnerships and building an expanded network of affiliate partners
  • Drive partner negotiations and manage the business strategy, commercial terms, timelines, and contract process from inception to delivery
  • Oversee day to day management of on-boarded partners, including documentations, implementations, traffic and lead quality, campaigns, performance analysis, billing and relationship building
  • Create compelling & creative sales presentations uniquely designed to excite and close
  • Support promotion planning and content requirements for media placements with partners
  • Provide data-driven performance feedback, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase account-generated revenues
About YOU:  
  • Demonstrated 3+ years of experience in business development and client-facing roles in a sales-led organization
  • Experience and poise to interact with senior executives internally and externally
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines
