The role:
Responsibilities will be varied and diverse including but not limited to:
- HR and Recruitment: overseeing graduate recruitment, clerkship seasonal programs, interviewing, onboarding, inductions, IT/system set up and training new members of staff
- Compliance: ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining records, and fostering a culture of adherence
- Events & Marketing: organizing and executing various firm events and social activities
- Team Leadership: managing a team of administrators, including rostering, leave management, and document control
- Financial Oversight: accounts, office stock, and maintenance
- IT: assisting in enhancing business functions and overseeing system changes
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proactive mindset and a passion for process improvement
- Experience executing HR & accounts functions within management
