The Role
The Office Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of the firm’s Perth office, ensuring operational efficiency and fostering a positive workplace environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Perth office.
- Managing building facilities
- Organising firm events and social activities.
- Training and managing new administrative staff.
- Handling office budgeting, invoice approvals, and supplier coordination.

- Strong experience in managing a team within a professional services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to organise events and coordinate catering.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
