The Role:
As a Member Solutions Manager in this business, your main responsibility is to engage and assist members with understanding the best plan for a secure financial future. You will collaborate across multiple teams within the business, providing an opportunity of exposure to all functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert for all member queries via phone, live chat and in-person across B2B and B2C markets
  • Collaborating with departments to retain and increase membership levels
  • Assisting and providing a smooth onboarding process for new members
  • Attending and leading educational seminars to prospective and active members via virtual platforms and in-person
  • Working closely with the Business Development team to acquire new members
  • Updating accurate membership records via internal systems
  • Assisting with improvement of business and operational processes
  • Analysing data to assist members with the growth of their superannuation fund
  • Providing customers with accurate feedback and sharing valuable information based on their queries
 
The Candidate:
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
  • Experience within a customer/client facing role, ideally within the superannuation or financial services
  • An understanding of superannuation and fund administration
  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with experience building and fostering relationships for the best business outcome
  • Strong communication skills - exposure to public speaking will be highly regarded 
  • Exposure to business operation improvements
  • R146 qualification is required, either completed or currently studying
