THE ROLE:
This is a full time Legal Assistant position, joining their commercial and corporate team supporting up to Partner level. Your main responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients
- File management end to end
- Telephone handling including answering calls, making outgoing calls, taking detailed messaged and passing through to the correct partner
- Perpetration of presentations
- Drafting Court documents and letters Processing end of month billing
- Diary management

ABOUT YOU:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- MUST have proven experience working as a Legal Assistant ideally in a commercial and/or commercial area of law
- Excellent Communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with legal billing and client management systems
- A can-do approach to work
