The Firm:
Join a highly respected, dedicated family law firm. Based in the Perth CBD, they are an upbeat and close-knit social team. This position would suit either a Legal Assistant, or Paralegal with family law experience.
The Role:
Working across Family Law matters some of your duties will be, but are not limited to:
- File, diary, and correspondence management
- Processing Billing
- Submitting applications forms
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with client enquires
- Supporting two – three family lawyers
We're seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate possesses:
- Experience working in family law is essential
- A keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with eCourts
- Office hours of 9am – 5pm
- Supportive and close-knit team
- Morning teas, lunches, and Friday drinks
