About the role
Looking for an exciting short-term opportunity to kick-start your year? people2people are working with respected national firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to join a dynamic, high-performing corporate practice group for a 6 week period with an immediate start.
Supporting at the Partner and working in a collaborative group this role will see the successful candidate responsible for:
- Managing calls and client communications
- Organising diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handling file and document management
- Assisting with billing, reporting, and general accounts
- Drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal correspondence
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in the legal or professional services sector
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A professional yet personable attitude
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Experience with time recording and billing systems such as Aderant or 3E (highly desirable)
