About the role
A full-time permanent Finance Administrator to the finance team located in head office in Adelaide CBD. This position offers a unique opportunity to support our Adelaide office and contribute to the financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of financial and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our finance department.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and process payments in a timely manner.
- Generate and manage client invoices
- Bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with the end-of-month billing process, including the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Manage trust accounts in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update financial records with attention to detail.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed.
- Proven experience in a similar finance or administrative role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
- Experience using industry-specific software and proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
