About The Role:
Reporting to and working closely with the DC Controlling Manager, you will play a key role in managing financial and operational data within the Distribution Centre (DC), ensuring alignment with business goals.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Manage financial data, including budgeting, cost tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Provide reports and insights on cost structures, operational performance, and sustainability metrics.
  • Ensure invoicing accuracy, validate key cost drivers, and maintain financial quality control.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance DC profitability, service levels, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop action plans based on data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Establish structured reporting mechanisms aligned with global guidelines and audit requirements.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and tendering processes for external service providers.
  • Support the DC management team with financial and operational decision-making.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by balancing cost efficiency, customer service, and sustainability.
  • Supporting workforce planning and cost management.

About You:
  • Strong expertise in finance, logistics, and DC operations.
  • Previous Experience in a Demand Planning, Supply Planning or Inventory Management position is beneficial.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Project management skills, including budgeting, prioritisation, and execution of business cases.
  • Agile and adaptable, with a mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Committed to diversity, inclusion, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Excel.
  • SAP is experience is desired but not essential.
