People2people are currently working with this well-established West Midlands firm who have several offices throughout the region. Based in Edgbaston we currently have an opportunity for a Conveyancer/Solicitor to join the busy team based.

About the Role
- Have experience managing a high volume of cases
- Experienced managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
- Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals to provide clear and timely advice.
About you:
- You will have a relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEx, CLC)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with conveyancing case management systems and relevant software.
- Be comfortable networking and driving business development.
- Up-to-date knowledge of property law and regulations in the UK.
