The Role
As a Community Service Manager, you will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. This is a 12-month maternity leave contract based in Bunbury.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating and managing strata meetings.
- Resolving client inquiries and issues promptly.
- Maintaining compliance and accurate documentation.
- Providing administrative support to the team.
- Taking minutes and creating meeting agendas
- Insurance renewals and claims
