Commercial Property Manager - temporary assignment 4-6 months
My client is seeking an experienced Property Manager
to oversee the end-to-end coordination of property maintenance across multiple medical centres and offices. Reporting to the General Manager, this role is responsible for contract negotiations, facilities management, lease administration, and project coordination for new developments and renovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract & Lease Management – Negotiate and administer supplier and contractor agreements, manage lease renewals, and maintain strong landlord/tenant relationships.
- Maintenance & Facilities Coordination – Oversee routine inspections, coordinate repairs, and liaise with service providers to ensure high maintenance standards.
- Project Support – Assist with new medical centre developments, renovations, and liaise with architects, builders, and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Maintain effective communication with internal teams, landlords, tenants, and service providers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in property management (preferably within commercial or healthcare sectors).
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and can-do attitude.
