The Role
The firm is seeking an Associate (2–5 PQE) and Senior Associate
to join its Employment Law team. Responsibilities include:
- Advising on unfair dismissal, discrimination, workplace investigations, and compliance.
- Handling employment litigation, industrial relations, and dispute resolution.
- Developing workplace policies, training, and governance frameworks.
- Advising on executive remuneration and employee incentive schemes.
- Associate: 2–5 years’ experience in employment law with strong analytical and drafting skills.
- Senior Associate: Extensive experience in employment law with leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Strong client engagement and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Employer-side experience is desirable.
