About the organisation
This leading, technology organisation have offices all across the globe and are a well-known, household name. Located in Murarrie with onsite parking, this is an opportunity for an experienced Airconditioning Technical Advisor to join the network operations team responsible for effective service management activities in Queensland across their Aircon products business.
About the role
This permanent role will have you:
- Monitor, evaluate and develop Authorised Service Centre and repair network ensuring KPI’s and Customer Service standards are achieved.
- Execute Service network strategies in line with product value and market expectations.
- Work with State Sales Manager to ensure service strategy meets customer expectations.
- Maintain and achieve full regional service coverage for air-condition products ensuring repair quality and customer service standards are maintained at the highest level.
- Maintain high level of communication with State Sales team and provide appropriate solutions to support sales.
- Technical support including triage to Authorised service centres (ASCs) and other repairers
- Onsite visit to Authorised service centres & Dealer service centres
- Monitoring and support Spare parts stock utilisation in parts local warehouse
- Resolving consumer escalated complaints
To be successful for this role you must have:
- Previous experience in similar role in consumer electrics
- Demonstrated Account Management experience
- ARC License
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
- Ability to build and maintain long term business relationship
- Strong organisational & priority management skills
- Problem solving & conflict resolution skills.
- Able to cope with high pressure, high volume work environment.
- Able to meet tight deadlines.
