We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team for a temporary position based in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. This role is ideal for someone who can start immediately and is proficient in accounts payable and receivable, data entry, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable: Processing and reconciling supplier invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Accounts Receivable: Managing customer invoicing, following up on overdue payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Data Entry: Inputting financial data into our accounting system with a high level of accuracy.
  • Assisting with month-end tasks and reporting.
  • General administrative support to the finance team.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong data entry skills and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate availability and willingness to hit the ground running.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an accounts administration role.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be available to start immediately.
