• Australian workers make up at least 75% of Australian workforce;
• The Department of Home Affairs has approved nominations for at least 10 Temporary Skill Shortage (482) and/or subclass 457 visa holders in the last 2 years;
• The Department of Home Affairs has approved more than 97% of nomination applications in the last 2 years;
• The employer is not a sole trader or a partnership;
• The employer has had an annual turnover of at least AUD$4M for the last 2 years;
• The employer has been a standard business sponsor for at least 2 years;
• The employer has complied with all sponsor obligations;
• There are no adverse monitoring outcomes;
• All employees are paid in accordance with an enterprise agreement or internal salary table reflective of current market salary rates; and
• The employer has written contracts of employment for all Temporary Skill Shortage (482) and/or subclass 457 visa holders that meets applicable National Employment Standards.
