And before we discuss the webinar for those who haven't heard of People to People Education and Bronte, if you can explain a little bit more about what you guys do and how you can help early childhood centers that are looking for staff.
Bronte: Yeah, of course. So in 2023, People to People Education officially launched, and we are essentially here to help services across New South Wales with casual educators if they have team sick or on annual leave, just to support them as much as we can. We provide a professional service to help find the best educators available and also help educators take the next step in their careers.
Aiden: And what a great job you've been doing so far. It's a pleasure to see. It's a new industry for me, and I'm really excited about all the opportunities we have so far. So P2P Education has its first leadership and talent webinar happening in the next few weeks. Could you tell us, Bronte, a little bit about what the webinar is?
Bronte: Of course. So we are excited to announce the next installation of our 2024 webinar series, "Simplifying Your Early Childhood Education Staffing Needs" with People-to-People Education. So this is going to be hosted by the education team, which includes myself and Jade. It'll roughly run for an hour, and it's going to look at the current early childhood education landscape, identify the most common challenges facing both centers looking for staff and educators looking for work, how to overcome them, and how partnering with us can help simplify their staffing needs.

About our speaker
Bronte recently joined people2people Education as a Recruitment Consultant in September 2023. Prior to joining our team, Bronte worked at Only About Children for nearly four years, where she began her journey as a trainee to obtain her Certificate III in Early Childhood Education. Over time, she furthered her qualifications by completing her Diploma. In early 2022, Bronte seized the opportunity to transition from her role on the floor to a Talent Acquisition position, marking her shift into the world of recruitment, where she has excelled for the past 19 months. Bronte also holds a Degree in Business, adding depth to her skill set
