As the Australian workforce becomes increasingly flexible creating a tighter and more competitive labour market, people2people HR Solutions was established in 2007 through the increase of demand for outsourced recruitment, payroll solutions and HR services from its parent company people2people, which was formed in 2005. The Directors Mark Smith, Simon Gressier and Manda Milling have worked in the recruitment industry since 1994 and built on their established reputations for providing professional and personalised recruitment consulting solutions.

Since then, people2people HR Solutions has grown its service offerings in line with the needs of their clients which now also covers outsourced recruitment process, HR Administration and payroll services, as well as organically growing into related areas such as CMO, MSP and psychometrics and outplacement solutions.

people2people HR Solutions is a separate business entity. This has been a deliberate strategy to ensure the integrity and privacy of client information and to be able to provide additional services outside the contingent recruitment services environment.
