Mid-Weight Interior Designer – Hospitality Projects - Greek Speaking
People2people are recruiting for a talented Mid-Weight Interior Designer with a strong background in luxury hospitality design. The successful candidate must have experience delivering high-end hospitality projects from concept to completion and possess excellent design, technical, and project management skills.

Please note: Fluency in Greek is essential for this position.
This role is fully office-based and requires 5 days per week in the office. Please don't apply if you're unable to commit to this.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM, and Fridays 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the design process for luxury hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, restaurants, and bars).
- Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring an excellent design standard is maintained throughout.
- Develop and present mood boards, concepts, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and contractors, including Greek-speaking stakeholders.
- Oversee FF&E selection and procurement, ensuring the highest standards.
- Work closely with senior designers and directors to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Proven experience of working on luxury hospitality projects (and can demonstrate this in your portfolio).
- A portfolio showcasing luxury hospitality projects with full-cycle experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Greek.
- Strong materials, finishes, and FF&E knowledge for high-end hospitality environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work full-time in the office with no remote flexibility.
